This session explores the often-overlooked spaces between exercises-the setup, the transition, and the quiet moments where intention carries from one movement to the next.

You’ll be guided through a full beginner-to-intermediate classical Reformer and Mat sequence, using the flow itself as a living framework to observe and refine transitions, rhythm, and cueing. We’ll explore how each setup becomes the beginning of the movement, and how transitions can teach just as much as the exercises themselves.
