At the first lesson you move straight away on the Pilates apparatus, using the Reformer, Mat, Trapeze Table, Chairs and later the Barrels. Our experienced trainers will challenge your whole body, mind and spirit while adapting to your needs and level. Our focus is to provide the most hands-on, personal, and effective Pilates experience.

SOLO Session

A 1 on 1 workout provides you with the best learning experience. This personalized lesson is designed to accelerate your training and your understanding of the workout. You will be able to focus on weaker areas to improve your overall strength, balance and flexibility. We will give you the hands-on guidance you need to reach your physical goals and see results at a much faster pace.

You will be moving straight away on the Reformer, Mat and Tower at first, then you will progress to more equipment to continue to challenge your whole body, mind and spirit.

DUO or TRIO Session

DUO : 70.- /per session & person

TRIO: 60.- /per session & person

Duets and Trios are a great way of enjoying the benefits of an individual session, more cost-effectively, while allowing us to be very hands-on with you. If you are looking for flexibility, you can bring a friend. This will allow you to find a time which can fit into your day more easily. If you do not have someone in mind we can try to find you a partner with similar times to workout. Please note that this requires you to be more flexible in timings.
