The Play Pilates teacher training course is an intensive 4-months program, open to everyone, whether you are changing careers or already working in the field of movement.
You will discover an in-depth study of all the fundamentals of the classic equipment developed by Joseph Pilates: Reformer, Tower, Chair, Matwork. Because Pilates is more than just a room full of Reformers!
Over six immersive weekends, you will learn how to perform the exercises, their logic, how they fit into the overall system, and how to adapt them to different people and situations.
The teaching style is designed with passion and rigor, and is the result of more than 40 years of experience in the field from the two teachers, Melania and Karine.

A pioneer in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, our studio has continued to grow steadily for over 18 years.
Building on this extensive experience, we have designed a training program based on experimentation, real-world practice, and personal support. In addition to the four-months training program, you will benefit from a rich post-training mentoring program and join a community of caring and committed teachers.
What sets us apart is active mentoring: at Play Pilates, you don’t become a good teacher by sitting and listening. From the second weekend onwards, you will start teaching under supervision. Because it is through teaching that skills are developed.
The Teacher trainers are also certified in “Clinical Pilates,” which will allow you to feel comfortable working with clients who have “minor physical issues” in a group class setting.

I am a senior Pilates teacher with 20+ years’ experience. Founder and former head of Linea Pilates , I have taught at PlayPilates for nearly a decade and mentored new instructors across Geneva. Renowned for precision, care, and therapeutic awareness, I adapt my teaching to diverse bodies.

Karine
I am a senior Pilates teacher with 20+ years’ experience. Owner of Playpilates which I founded 18 years ago. I have taught thousands of classes and sessions over the past 2 decades, and now I want to help you become a strong and confident teacher and guide you in helping your clients move better.
