Group classes: how to get started?
PlayPilates is best known for offering the full experience of the Pilates method. You will use all of the Pilates equipment: Reformer & Tower & Chair & Barrels.
How to get started in a Group Class :

- Book the class of your choice from the schedule of weekly classes.

Aerial Pilates on Hammock
Never practiced Aerial Pilates before? Don’t worry. We have classes suitable for beginners with no previous experience necessary.
Our new Aerial “De-Compress” class is an invitation to slow down the pace of our movements. Our biological rhythm is much slower than the pace of our daily lives. These classes are therefore an invitation to slow down, so that we can relax and recharge a little through slow movements and stretches.
