Karine, Melania and the team are all very experienced and have deep knowledge and passion for what they do. Group class sizes are not too big and each person is always given sufficient attention, and hence each of us are always working out effectively and getting the most out of each exercise on the apparatus. Speaking of apparatus, I love it that things are always spiced up a little and we get to try out different apparatus. The studio is also always bright and clean, and there is always an uplifting positive energy permeating the space! So when I finally found Playpilates, I was really glad! Karine is very professional with years of teaching experience and deep knowledge of a human body, she can explain the exercises in a way anyone can understand and follow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>There are only 4 persons in a class, and the class will be both English and French. Even though all of 4 persons are moving simultaneously, I&#8217;m always impressed with how Karine understands each person&#8217;s movement and individual needs. She pays equal attention and gives each of us a tailored guidance.<\/p>\n<p>Not only I feel like I&#8217;m becoming longer and stronger, I am more pain-free. I often get shoulder and back pain, but with one class, it&#8217;d usually all disappear. The care and attention that they put into seeing every detail of how to help problems is remarkable. Amongst other important improvements such as enhanced balance, being able to walk more confidently with less fear of falling has helped me to do more adventurous walking and more Golf.<\/p>\n<p>I have experienced an increase in my self-confidence with daily movements such as kneeling down to pick up my grandchildren, using the stairs without holding on to the rail, stepping over objects without fear. \u00a0I can confirm that increasing my core and overall muscle strength as well muscle endurance has helped me in all aspects of my life.
